Collect
Hiring posts stream in from LinkedIn feeds, hashtags and job groups. Posts that aren’t hiring, or don’t say where to apply, are dropped.

Verify
Every post passes six checks: real post, recruiter email found, a mail domain that accepts mail, never bounced, posted in the last 30 days, not a repost.
Nothing. A bounce later removes the job for everyone.
File
Free text becomes a clean job: role, company, city, work mode, experience, skills, the recruiter’s email and phone, and a link back to the original post.
