Why send from my own Gmail instead of a JobPluck address?
Recruiters reply to a person, not a platform. Sending from your address means replies land in your inbox, the thread looks like any email you'd write, and you keep the conversation if you ever stop using JobPluck.
What access does JobPluck need to my Gmail?
Permission to send, to read replies on the threads JobPluck started, and to add JobPluck labels. Your other email is never stored. Disconnecting revokes access and stops every queued send.
Will sending 100 emails a day get my account flagged?
That's why sending is paced: one email every 45–90 seconds, only inside your hours, under a daily cap. New mailboxes start at 20 a day and grow by 10 a day. Sending pauses on its own if bounces pass 5%.
Is every email the same?
Each one is rendered from your template for that job: the role, the company, the recruiter's first name and the skills you actually match. Your resume is attached unless you turn that off.
Can I apply to the same recruiter twice?
Not within seven days. If one recruiter posts several roles, JobPluck won't flood their inbox. It also never emails an address that bounced or asked to stop.
