What is on by default?
Nothing automatic. New accounts start with auto-apply and auto-reply both off, so every application and every reply waits in Approvals until you send it.
If I turn on auto-apply, what gets sent?
New matches at or above your minimum ATS score (60 by default) that pass your exclusions. They're still paced, capped and checked like any other email.
Can I edit a draft before approving it?
Yes. Edit the subject or body inline and approve, or skip it. For replies, the recruiter's message is shown next to the draft so you can see what you're answering.
How do I stop everything quickly?
The Pause all button in the top bar. It stops every send and reply at once without changing your other settings. Queued emails resume when you unpause.
Does anything pause on its own?
Yes. If your mailbox disconnects, or bounces go above 5%, automation pauses and you get an email explaining why.
