Does an AI write my replies?
No. Replies are filled in from fixed templates and the answers you gave during setup. Rules spot what the recruiter asked, like CTC, notice period or availability, and anything they don't recognise waits for you.
Will it send replies without asking me?
Only if you turn auto-reply on. It's off by default, so every reply waits in Approvals. With it on, known questions are answered after a 2–10 minute delay you can cancel.
What never goes out automatically?
Requests for documents (PAN, Aadhaar, payslips and similar), questions no rule understands, and anything after three automatic replies on the same thread. Those always wait for you.
What happens when a recruiter schedules an interview?
JobPluck sends a short confirmation, marks the application as Interview, labels the thread in Gmail, notifies you by email, and stops every automatic email on that conversation.
What about out-of-office and no-reply emails?
Auto-responders are recognised from their headers and ignored. JobPluck never replies to no-reply or bounce addresses.
