Turn on 2-Step Verification
Google only offers app passwords once 2-Step Verification is on. If it already is, skip this step.

Open App passwords
Sign in with the same Gmail account you want to send applications from.

Create one named “JobPluck”
Type JobPluck as the app name and click Create.

Copy the 16-character password
Google shows it once, in four groups of letters. Spaces don't matter.

Paste it into JobPluck
Enter your Gmail address and the app password, then click Connect. We log in, send you a test email and start watching for recruiter replies.
